When you complete your donation, JustGive will immediately email you a tax receipt for your donation. If you did not receive it, please check your email’s spam folder to make sure it was not misrouted.
If you still cannot find the email, and you created a JusGive account when you made your donation, just log in to your account and visit your Giving History. Your Giving History contains a record of all your donations made through JustGive. View the details of a transaction and you will see the option to resend your receipt via email.
If you did not create an account when you made your donation, please contact us and ask us to send you a receipt for your donation.
