What should we do if we did not receive our check?

If you have not received your check by the end of the month in which it was issued, please Contact Us to initiate a check reissue request. Note that there is a $25 service fee for reissuing a check, which is deducted from the original check total at the time of reissuance.

Reissued checks are sent monthly to the address listed for your organization on Guidestar. If your address is out of date, you must update your address with Guidestar before we can reissue. To be added to our monthly reissue list, we must receive reissue confirmation and Guidestar address update, if necessary, from you by the 15th of the month.

If you need your check sooner than our next scheduled monthly reissue cycle, there will be an additional Single Reissue Rush Fee of $40 deducted from the reissued check amount, which includes flat rate Priority Mailing.
