I already updated our information on GuideStar, but our address has not changed on JustGive. How can we make the changes appear on JustGive?

To ensure that updates you made on Guidestar also show in your JustGive account, start by creating or logging in to your JustGive account at

Under “Helpful Links”, click the "Update Your Listing" link. Then click on the “Update Charity from Guidestar” button to request that your JustGive account update to the latest information you entered in GuideStar.

Note that is can take as long as 48 hours for any updates you make on Guidestar to also be reflected on
