Why does our organization show up in GuideStar but not on JustGive?

In your Guidestar account, please ensure that you are opted-in to receive online donations through partner sites like JustGive.org. Please visit the Guidestar Exchange, log in to your account and make sure this option is selected in your account.

To enable online giving through 3rd party websites like JustGive through your GuideStar Nonprofit Profile, please follow these steps on the Guidestar.org website:

1) Visit https://www.guidestar.org/MyAccount.aspx and login.

2) Select Manage Nonprofit Profiles.

3) Click on your organization’s name under Update an Existing GuideStar Nonprofit Profile.

4) Click Confirm & Publish in the blue bar.

5) Under Program Terms click the checkboxes I Certify…,This organization has given me…, and I accept the Terms of Use.”

6) IMPORTANT: Under Options for Sharing, select the check box for “Yes, I want donors to be able to easily give to my organization through GuideStar partners like Network for Good and JustGive.”

7) Click Finish and Publish.
