What is a JustGive charity gift card? How do they work?

JustGive Charity Gift Cards work like regular gift cards except when redeemed, they benefit charity. You choose the value. Your recipient chooses the charity when they redeem it. The charity gets a donation. Everybody wins.

You can purchase a gift card of any denomination (starting at $25) through the JustGive.org website. You can send a gift card to your recipient via email, or print out the gift card at home to give to someone.  JustGive Charity Gift Cards expire one year from the date of purchase.

Gift card holders can redeem their JustGive Charity Gift Card by visiting http://www.justgive.org/redeem, finding a charity they want to donate to, and then entering their gift card claim code at checkout. Gift cards can be redeemed for one or more charities, as long as the donation amount per charity is at least $10.

Gift cards can also be used over multiple visits; for example if you have a $100 JustGive Charity Gift Card, you can use $25 of it as a donation toward a charity, and then return to JustGive at a later date to redeem the rest of it. JustGive Charity Gift Cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
