Will I be notified if my recurring donation cannot be processed?

Yes, we will email you if your recurring donation could not be processed due to an expired credit card or other reason. If updates are needed in your account, the email will include instructions.

Note that if a recurring donation cannot be processed for a given month, we cannot re-process the transaction, even if you successfully update your account information. Once we have the correct information in your account, we will try to process a recurring donation on the first of the following month.
