Many employers have foundations that provide matching gifts for donations made by their employees. You will need to contact the HR department at your work to confirm if your donation (to the organization through our donor advised fund) qualifies for the matching program. Your HR department will then likely give you a form to fill out with the details of your donation and ask that you provide a receipt of your donation.
If the form you are asked to complete is online, then we will automatically receive notification from the company that a matching gift has been submitted for us to confirm. If you are given a paper form to fill out, you should then mail the completed matching gift form to our office address:

Once we receive the form, we will fill it out and send it to the foundation that provides the funding to the charity for the matching program.
