We can’t log in to our organization’s nonprofit account on JustGive. What should we do?

Start by trying to reset the password on your JustGive account. Visit and click on the “Forget your password?” link. You will be asked to provide the email address that is registered on the account. After entering the email address, a password reset email will be sent to that email address.

If you are not the owner of the email address or that email address on the account is no longer valid, please contact us for assistance with resetting the account for your organization.
