When we tried to register our organization on JustGive, we received an error message saying that an account already exists. How can we get access to the account?

When you try to sign up for a nonprofit account on JustGive.org, someone in your organization may have already claimed it. If you receive an error that says the account already exists, take note of the email address to which the account is registered (this will display in the error message). If you recognize that email address, please contact the owner and ask them to give you access to your JustGive account.

If you do not recognize the account owner’s email address, please contact us and we will help you regain access to your organization’s nonprofit account on JustGive.
